Time For A Change?

• One-piece systems: change every 4-5 days.
• Two-piece systems: change the flange every 3-5 days; change the pouch every 1-2 weeks.
• If at any time leaking occurs around the flange, the system should be changed.
• Wear times vary among patients, and often the comfort and condition of the skin under the adhesive determines when an appliance should be changed.
